I&#8217;m to fat to fit into a swim suit, there&#8217;s none my size.  I can&#8217;t do jumping jacks cuz then it would sound like a herd of elephants to my down stairs neighbors.  I can&#8217;t get down on the floor, I&#8217;m to fat to get up and down off the floor without at least 2 people helping me so crunches and yoga are out.  I can&#8217;t even do half a push up!</p>
<p>I live 30 miles from the nearest YMCA and I can&#8217;t afford the gas to get there and back.  I can&#8217;t afford a gym membership.</p>
<p>What are some good workouts I can do at home for a fatty like me? </p>
<p>I DO NOT WANT diet plans to follow.  I DO NOT, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT want diet plans to follow.  I&#8217;m already on a low sodium, low to no sugar, low fat diet my dr gave me, but he gave me no ideas on how to loose weight.</p>
<p>PLEASE DO  NOT GIVE ME DIET ADVICE.  PLEASE DON&#8217;T.  FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD PLEASE DON&#8217;T GIVE ME DIET ADVICE, I already have that.</p>
<p>What are some good workouts for a fatass?  I want to loose weight, but my workout options are very limited.  Is there any good workout videos I can do?  Keep in mind I can only do 10-15 minutes at a time and will have to work my way up.</p>
<p>PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME DIET ADVICE? OKAY? I DON&#8217;T NEED ADVICE ON DIET PLANS, HAVE I MADE MYSELF CLEAR??  I JUST NEED WORKOUT ADVICE, OKAY? NOTHING ABOUT DIET PLANS OR HOW TO EAT HEALTHY, OKAY?

When I asked when it will go away I could not get a straight answer from the Doctor&#8217;s nurse; she says it depends.  Someone told me it will never go away; which I doubt. IO am eating a low-fat, low cholesterol diet and am loosing about one pound a week.  Anyone who went through this can answer me?  Thanks.<br />
I had the laparoscopic procedure. I would like to hear from people who had it done to see how long the big belly subsided.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A 12 year old girl, last summer i lost 10 pounds in a month from eating healthy and lite and slim fast every morning. And guess what? I gained most of it back! Now i am at 179 ish and i am 5&#8242;4! Goody me! (at least my weight is distributed evenly:) Here is my plan:</p>
<p>Breakfast 8:00 am: Slim Fast</p>
<p>Snack 10:00: Granola-like bar</p>
<p>Lunch 12:20: Yogurt, pita chips &amp; low fat hummus, apples &amp; cheese,  little apple juice box, 2 oreos <img src='http://lowfatdietguide.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>After school: Slim fast</p>
<p>Dinner: (i eat a really small dinner) Little potato, salad, chicken, corn&#8230; yeah </p>
<p>The weekends are pretty weird but i will make good choices similar to the week-day schedule. </p>
<p>I plan to jog the tread mill for 15-20 minutes a day&#8230; i also have 30 minute PE in school 3 times a week so&#8230;</p>
<p>I am taking the hoodia water pill to and i love it!<br />
Fine then i will just like the frosting out of someone else&#8217;s oreo then!<br />
