my workout/diet plan? 2

hey guys i am 16 year old guy trying to lose my last 10 pounds of fat and build muscle. below is my diet plan and then my workout plan.

breakfast- whey protein shake with a banana

snack- 2 dates(fruit) with a handful of walnuts, and garbonzo beans(protein source)

lunch- turkey sandwhich(wholewheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes)

snack- 3/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese with blueberries and walnuts

workouts from 3 to 4:30

dinner- whey protein shake with a banana

snack- i just snack on tomatoes or carrots, or something small like grapes or an apple.

workout plan

monday- arms and shoulder weight lifting for 70 minutes, core excersises for 20 minutes

tuesday- chest and back weight lifting for 70 minutes, core excersises for 20 minutes

wednesday- row mahcine, running, leg lifting for 50 minutes

thursday- arms and shoulder weight lifting for 70 minutes, core excersises for 20 minutes

friday-chest and back weight lifting for 70 minutes, core excersises for 20 minutes

saturday- run at the beach for 40 minutes

sunday- either take a day of rest or go swimming

am i doing good or bad?

I’m 350 pounds overweight, never worked out before and get out of breath just walking down the stairs of my apartment. I’m to fat to fit into a swim suit, there’s none my size. I can’t do jumping jacks cuz then it would sound like a herd of elephants to my down stairs neighbors. I can’t get down on the floor, I’m to fat to get up and down off the floor without at least 2 people helping me so crunches and yoga are out. I can’t even do half a push up!

I live 30 miles from the nearest YMCA and I can’t afford the gas to get there and back. I can’t afford a gym membership.

What are some good workouts I can do at home for a fatty like me?

I DO NOT WANT diet plans to follow. I DO NOT, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT want diet plans to follow. I’m already on a low sodium, low to no sugar, low fat diet my dr gave me, but he gave me no ideas on how to loose weight.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME DIET ADVICE. PLEASE DON’T. FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD PLEASE DON’T GIVE ME DIET ADVICE, I already have that.

What are some good workouts for a fatass? I want to loose weight, but my workout options are very limited. Is there any good workout videos I can do? Keep in mind I can only do 10-15 minutes at a time and will have to work my way up.

I still would like to exercise but because of my diet I am left feeling a little tired and weak.

Has anyone got any easy workouts that wouldn’t be too strenuous but still prove to be beneficial? I am a 16 year old female, 5.4 and I weight 8.10.
