This video shows my 56 day juice fast journey where I lost an incredible 23.2Kgs (51 pounds) and went from at risk of serious health problems to much much healthier. Along the way I learned a ton about nutrition, and how to look after myself and shared much of this information in the 56 videos I uploaded (one for each day). Chocolate Fudgesicle-like Protein Popsicle – Shake Replacement 08.19.11 RECIPE: 1 large package of Sugar Free Jello Instant CHOCOLATE Pudding & Pie Filling 1 Scoop of CHOCOLATE Whey Powder Almost 1 SCOOP (using Whey Powder Scoop) of Unsweetened Coca, I prefer Ghirardelli’s but used Hershey’s since I was out 2 C. low fat Milk 1 C. Coconut Milk * I’m sure all milk would be just as good if you don’t have coconut milk Put all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes, and pour into popsicle molds, put leftovers in Tupperware alone or with berries. FREEZE AND EAT.
