We love them♡ INGREDIENTS: – Lentils (1 cup) – Carrots (2 cups) – Garlic (4 cloves) – Celery (3 stalks) – Large tomato – Olive oil (2 tablespoons) – Water (8-16 oz) – Chicken broth (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: * Optional – soak lentils for 1 hour (lentils get mushy soaking is not necessary) – Chop up tomato – Cook all ingredients (except the lentils) in a pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until you smell the garlic cooking – Wash the lentils – Add water to the pot of cooking ingredients – Add lentils – Bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat * add chicken broth optional COOKING TIME: 40 minutes over medium heat SERVE WITH: – Salad – Garlic bread
