low fat low fiber recipes? 2

Have a bacterial ulcer and a bad gallbladder. Awaiting surgery but its taking a while. Everything hurts and the pain meds they have me on make me want to throw up. Ive heard that a low fat, low fiber diet might help. I have my doubts as I cant even eat jello, broth or applesauce right now without problems. But would love any recipe suggestions anyone has. Ive looked and looked but cant find anything online. Please Help! I just want to be able to eat sleep and take care of my 3 month old again
