<p>Breakfast:<br />
Oatmeal or low fat yogurt</p>
<p>Then workout for an hour</p>
<p>Snack fruit</p>
<p>Lunch chicken or tuna salad</p>
<p>dinner : Apple sauce cup.</p>
<p>This has worked so far because I&#8217;ve lost 15 pounds.
