Now that I pissed off all of the treadmill and elliptical machine worshipers… let me say that should you truly enjoy mindlessly pumping away on a treadmill or elliptical (or train bike for that matter too), then by all means, maintain doing what you get pleasure from, as a result of having fun with your train is one of the most important elements to sticking with any exercise program…
