I bulked up and now I need to get rid of fat without muscle loss, what healthy diet plans work to rip fat ? 7

I am eating heavy and lifting heavy to get size, mass, strength and I did.
In 1 month I will change my lifting workout to burn more fat, define and gain muscle seperation.
My problem is that I just don’t know how to eat or diet to strip fat off. I have the muscle I just need the excess fat to be gone from the muscle I have accumulated.
How do I start? I was thinking of eating METRX for 2 day’s just to shrink my stomach and then going hardcore high protien/low fat?
Help if you can relate?

Is this diet plan right???????????????? 3

Hi, Im 16 and am trying to lose overall body fat, I did lose 2 stone before hand but put 1 stone back on. when I was dieting before my stomach fat was going and a six pack was showing which is what I want to do now. What I plan on doing is removing fat from my chest and abs with a low calorie diet and 1 hour a day exercise regime. I plan on doing this until my abs are more visible and my body looks more defined. I then plan on gaining muscle as the fat will be gone and muscle will show better is this plan good?

A good, healthy, low fat, low calorie diet for a 15yo girl please! :)? 4

Hi, so I’m currently 136lbs and 5ft6 and I know that’s not TECHNICALLY overweight but i still have a big stomach and chunky legs, lol. :)

So, seeing as the 6 week summer hols start next week, I figured I’d reinvent my diet and exercise plans in order to lose a bit of weight and tone up.

My current diet is:
Breakfast: Toast with loads of butter (white bread)
Lunch: A 400-500 shop bought chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread (I can’t change this, as it’s the only thing I like lol)
Dinner: Whatever Mum cooks
Then after 7ish I get cravings EVERYDAY which I always give in to (no will power) :( so I end up eating chocolate or ice-cream or something.. :(

Any diet plans, please? I also walk to school which is half a mile away, but I get a lift home.

HELPPP :P LEASE )

i have been dieting for a year and a half now, and i know lots of do’s and dont’s as well as nutriconal info. i have loads of recipes that i have used in the past but i get tired of the same old foods over again. i walk, i was up to 2 miles a day, but not latley hope to get back to that soon, and i have a stair master that i use, but i need toning exercises for the upper body, as well as the overall body, including the stomach, that are low impact dont require me to join a gym, and dont require weights as i don’t have any, so anyone got any thing like that?
