Low cholesterol, low saturated fat foods for me to take to lunch? 1

I start college tomorrow and the lunch there is for a gross meal, and I don’t wanna be getting pizza cause I’m kind of on a diet.

I want a lunch that will definately fill me up.
I eat breakfast around 7:30 AM and I eat lunch at about 11:30 AM.
And dinner is at about 7 PM so .. I want to be full till than.

But i’m very worried about my cholesterol…… I’m only 17 and I just recently started eating healthy about 2 months ago, but before that I ate so much chinese food and pizza and bacon egg and cheeses I know I should be watching my fat levels and stuff, and I don’t wanna eat heart attack foods.

I have for 5 days, I’m going to the market now.
What should I buy?
Quick and easy to pack lunches like sandwiches. What types? Is salami fattening?

I’m 14, 5’4 and weigh 8 stone and 5lb. I really need to get healthier and start losing weight.

BREAKFAST

Cereal : 180 calories.

LUNCH

2 pieces of fruit + low fat snack e.g cranberry bar 98 calories.

DINNER:

Salami sandwich on brown bread

OR

Chicken noodles.

Along wth half an hour exercise.

Do you think that would be good in getting results?
