Where can I find healthy (low fat, low sugar) vegan recipes? I want to start the Lupus recovery diet!? 5

Posted on December 01, 2010 by lowfatdg

I just ordered this book: http://www.lupusrecoverydiet.com/, and I am pretty sure most of this is true. But I will have to wait several weeks until it is here (I live in France). I want to start this program right NOW!

So does anybody know good webpages (or books I could order in Europe with no waiting for weeks) with really healthy (low-fat and low-sugar and all) vegan recipes? I feel a bit helpless right now, I used to eat cheese and eggs all days… Can I prepare pancakes or omelette without eggs and much fat? Help!
My library does not have vegan cookbooks, and I have cooked already mostly vegetarian, the problem are the eggs and cheese and all. How to replace in a healthy way? Or cook something else, which is comforting and filling but still low fat and all? This seems so difficult
Thank you for the quick answer and well wishes! :-)

@ dog lover: I would be pretty glad, if I would not have Lupus, but i have been tested positively and I have partially VERY severe symptoms since years. That’s the reason why I am so persistent right now!
Really, I sit here in front of the computer and my head is burning hot and aches, my tummy aches badly too and I feel awful *sob* Thankfully, at least the rashes I had all over my face are gone – but I ate only apples and raw veggies today!
