			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m 350 pounds overweight, never worked out before and get out of breath just walking down the stairs of my apartment.  I&#8217;m to fat to fit into a swim suit, there&#8217;s none my size.  I can&#8217;t do jumping jacks cuz then it would sound like a herd of elephants to my down stairs neighbors.  I can&#8217;t get down on the floor, I&#8217;m to fat to get up and down off the floor without at least 2 people helping me so crunches and yoga are out.  I can&#8217;t even do half a push up!</p>
<p>I live 30 miles from the nearest YMCA and I can&#8217;t afford the gas to get there and back.  I can&#8217;t afford a gym membership.</p>
<p>What are some good workouts I can do at home for a fatty like me? </p>
<p>I DO NOT WANT diet plans to follow.  I DO NOT, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT want diet plans to follow.  I&#8217;m already on a low sodium, low to no sugar, low fat diet my dr gave me, but he gave me no ideas on how to loose weight.</p>
<p>PLEASE DO  NOT GIVE ME DIET ADVICE.  PLEASE DON&#8217;T.  FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD PLEASE DON&#8217;T GIVE ME DIET ADVICE, I already have that.</p>
<p>What are some good workouts for a fatass?  I want to loose weight, but my workout options are very limited.  Is there any good workout videos I can do?  Keep in mind I can only do 10-15 minutes at a time and will have to work my way up.</p>
<p>PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME DIET ADVICE? OKAY? I DON&#8217;T NEED ADVICE ON DIET PLANS, HAVE I MADE MYSELF CLEAR??  I JUST NEED WORKOUT ADVICE, OKAY? NOTHING ABOUT DIET PLANS OR HOW TO EAT HEALTHY, OKAY?

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I&#8217;ve passed 60 recently, my blood pressure went up and then with Lisinopril it was controlled after a few months and is back to 11X over 65-75. However, now my blood sugar is marginal high, about 365 and my cholesterol has gone way up, so the docs have placed me on a low carb, low fat diet. I&#8217;m supposed to watch everything, etc, etc. My weight is 193 at 6&#8242;1&quot; and I am not lethargis evn though I don&#8217;t feel very physically capable anymore. I&#8217;ve always eaten and drunk anything and everything, so I am finding it hard to make adjustments. They said I could have snacks other than the 3 75gr carb meals per day if the snacks were both low carb and low fat. I thought this would be easy but I am finding it impossible to find or imagine such snacks. Can anyone who is a dieting buff help me with this?

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently lost 22 lbs. by cutting calories and working out. Now that I&#8217;ve lost the weight I want to keep it off, but I want to stay healthy and not go overboard.  I am 5&#8242; 7&#8221; and went from weighing 160 to 138. I was probably consuming  around 3,500- 4,000 calories a day and  working out for 30 minutes three times a week. I don&#8217;t count calories, but I know that I am eating much less than I was. I am careful about how much I fill my plate and don&#8217;t go back for seconds. I also cut out evening snacks ( I used to eat a lot of popcorn and ice cream). My guess would be that I&#8217;m consuming around 1,500- 1,800 calories a day now. I do aerobic exercises for 30-45 minutes every morning, then 10-15 minutes on my eliptical mid-day, and 10-20 minutes in the evening either on the eliptical or another aerobic exercise (30 minutes if I have a small snack after dinner). I exercise 6 days a week. Am I overdoing it? I feel that I need to consume more calories, at least 2,200, but if I eat more than I am eating now, I put on weight quickly.  I also can&#8217;t skip a day of exercising or I put on weight quickly.  I want to be healthy, but my family is starting to worry about me exercising so much.  I&#8217;ve always eaten a low-fat diet, and I am trying to watch my sugar intake as well, otherwise, I haven&#8217;t changed WHAT I eat hardly at all. I just eat less of it. </p>
<p> I have been trying to lose this weight for 7 years, I don&#8217;t lose weight easily.  I don&#8217;t want it to come back, but I want to be healthy. Is there anything I need to change? Thank you for your input!

It is also determined by related scientific studies that a high-saturated fat diet is a major factor to develop Type 2 diabetes. To get rid of this kind of bad cholesterol, you may shift to vegetable-made foods instead.</p>
<p>For example, instead of eating burger patties processed from animal meat, you can replace it with black beans-made burger. You just have to add seasoning and spices such as onions and garlic for added flavoring. For desserts, instead of buying ice cream or cake which are congested with calories, you may just opt to have fruit salads finished with milk. Be careful also not to sweeten it with added sugar.</p>
<p>Nonfat milk is a good substitute for fresh or condensed ones. Likewise, fresh milk is a good source for fats and calories so if you are on a diet, be sure to have nonfat milk or cream on your diet.</p>
<p>You just have to be smart and imaginative enough in finding alternatives for the ingredients of your food. For example, rather than using cooking oil, use vegetable, olive, or canola oil which are widely available on the supermarket. For food dressing, you may have vinegar or mustard to replace the high-fat ones.</p>
<p>By switching to low fat diet plans, it means that you have to overhaul the content of your kitchen and basically stick to what is healthy in terms of fat content. You do not have to be in despair because you cannot eat good and delicious foods because alternatives are always available any time of the year.</p>
