My dad was recently told he can no longer eat fatty foods and should go on a very strict diet. I want to make him tasty, yet extremely healthy food. I was told he should be eating 0 fat, but I doubt there are any recipes like that.

Although, I will appreciate low fat diet recipes. :) Thank you~
