This is a delicious desert combining two of my favourite things; Bailey’s & Cheesecake! Yummy! 5 ProPoints per serving, serves 6. Ingredients; 1 Teaspoon low fat spread 6 Dark chocolate Hobnob biscuits, crushed finely 2 Gelatine leaves 50ml (2fl oz) Skimmed milk 200g Tub low fat soft cheese 1 Tablespoon liquid natural sweetener, such as agave nectar or Sweet Freedom 25ml (1fl oz) Bailey’s Irish Cream 50ml (2fl oz) Whipping cream To decorate; 10g (⅓oz) White chocolate, grated or curled Gold edible glitter (optional) Filling foods; Skimmed milk. 3 ProPoints per serving, serves 12. I’ve been eating these after having frozen them and they’re still delicious! Very impressed and eating them feels like your spending more then 3 ProPoints!
