im on a diet and im not eating bread, meat(except for chicken),desserts, junk food,all drinks(except water). so basically what i can eat is chicken, wheat, veggies and fruits.
i want something good,with lots of flavor. i also want something warm because when it gets cold,warm food tastes better. any recipes with veggies or fruits?
oh, i forgot to add, no pasta and no dairy
and no rice

i used to eat plenty of eggs, meat, milk and all that, with few veggies and junk food, and i feel the healthiest and in good shape, but for couple of reason am turning vegetarian.
so any ideas? i’m planning on eating more eggs and still drink raw milk.
My 15 yr old cousin was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol and has been eating all the wrong things, her mother still buys the high fat snacks for her siblings, but expects the 15 yr old not to eat them. SHe has been found with junk food stashes and this is getting out of hand, she is afraid to diet because she thinks she has to give up all the foods she loves for "rabbit food". If anyone has any ideas or recipes pack with alot of flavor but not alot of fat please pass them along.

Diet:
-Reducing soda intake (I use to drink cans of soda each day).
- More Water Intake
- Avoid eating out too much (First year of college, almost ate fast food every day…now I look back…yuck!)
-Incorporate healthier snacks instead of junk food (Fruit for Candy, Things like Sunchips for Potato Chips).
SIDE QUESTION: Is there anyway salsa and chips can be healthy?
- Eat smaller meals. I use to have heavy lunches and dinner and then fall asleep!
