ASMR Trigger~ Low Fat Low Calorie Crepe Recipe! 11

Posted on March 28, 2012 by lowfatdg

Firstly I know my hand looks deformed here but it’s the angle! So, here’s the recipe; 1 Cup low fat milk 1/2 Cup flour 2 egg whites Mix them all up and cook them on a medium-high heat in a pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on the first side, then flip it over and cook for 30 seconds- a minute on the other side(but use your best judgement for the timing, this is just with my cooker!). The original recipe called for a pinch of salt and 1 tblsp of oil also, but it didn’t seem to make any difference leaving it out! With these ingredient’s it works out to be 47 CALORIES PER CREPE!! There are AWESOME! Hope you like it guys!

The eggplant as a substitute works very well. All cheeses used are fat free making this a very low fat and gluten free meal.
