Low fat, high fiber diet? 1

I was just diagnosed with some pretty bad anal fissures and was told I need to go on a very low fat, high fiber diet. What would be some good food choices? If you have time, I would really appreciate some meal guides and recipes, as I love to cook. Thanks!

My husband had a heart attack and he is on this strict diet,im use to old cooking you know when it taste good lol.not much on healthy cooking im from country we like good food lol.

Low fat and low cholesterol diet – what to eat and what to do? 1

My doctor has said that I have high cholesterol and of course I know that I need to lose weight. He said that I need to go on a low fat and low cholesterol diet. Problem is I don’t know what I should be eating or different things I could/should be doing. Any good recipes? Good food? I don’t want bland and/or boring food and I don’t eat fish…I really don’t have the money to go to a dietician.
