If I'm on a Low-Carb Diet do I have to count fat & calories too? 3
I’m starting a low-carb diet (20 carbs approx per day in the beginning), but a lot of recipes that state low-carb have enormous amounts of fat & sky high calore contents. Is that ok or do i need to count all three? Also-by low carb I mean 20 grams of good carbs per day. Thanks for your help!
