Awaiting surgery but its taking a while. Everything hurts and the pain meds they have me on make me want to throw up. Ive heard that a low fat, low fiber diet might help. I have my doubts as I cant even eat jello, broth or applesauce right now without problems. But would love any recipe suggestions anyone has. Ive looked and looked but cant find anything online. Please Help! I just want to be able to eat sleep and take care of my 3 month old again

I have Menieres Disease and have to eat a low sodium diet. I cant seem to find a site that has a low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium diet or eating tips. I am also trying to go vegetarian!
