New diet plan…Can I still lose fat? 5
I’ve been following a low calorie diet and lost 25 lbs, but now I want to bulk up. I know in order to increase muscle mass, you need to eat a lot, more than my weight maintenance level, and workout intensely. I will gain weight, but will I look like I did 25 lbs ago? I heard you can’t lose weight and gain mass at the same time, but instead of losing lbs, will I lose fat?
