They are the part of also eating less fat, cholesterol. More whole grain, fruits and vegetables. But I still need to eat low sugar. But I do love fruit. Is it ok to eat lots?

My husband and I are trying to eat VERY healthy… We’ve been eating tons of fruits and vegetables… high fiber, low fat meals… We’ve been working out 6 days a week – and have been on this health kick for about a month, so far, and seeing great results… but I’m running out of ideas of meals to make.. eating plain old fruit and vegetables gets pretty boring… and i feel like I’m about to give into some awful food if I can’t come up with some yummy AND healthy food.
What are some meals that you make that are very low fat.. high fiber and protein? Simple recipes are okay too… I usually love to cook, but not so much when I’m dieting.. lol.
Also — We used to (and now are fighting the urge to) eat when we get bored … what are some things you do to fight the urge to eat out of bordem?
umm.. i’m not eating TONS of fruit.. I just meant eating tons of fruits/vegetables and whole grains in general, rather than processed garbage.
Fruits are actually way harder to eat than vegetables to me… we aren’t big on sweet things.. I gotta force myself to get in my daily fruit.

At the moment I don’t pay too much attention to what I eat.I eat meat as well as dairy products.My intake of fruits and vegetables is low,most days I don’t eat them.I eat fast foods sometimes.I haven’t been exercising for a while now.
Thanks for any advice.
I am not overweight really…I am 170lbs at 5ft. 9in.

my boyfriend and I are going to start eating healthy and stop eating out. Can you all help us by naming some great tasting fat free or low fat recipes?
we want to include more fruits and vegetables in our diet.. as well as chicken and steak.. and other protein goods. PLease help us with some idea’s.

Hi,
I am in a desperate need of a good diet plan that fits my age, and lifestyle and also a good excercise plan to gain some abs and muscles. I am in the mid- teens (15-17 years old) and right now I’m not currently doing any sport. In the winter I swam for my school but now that the season is over I have no activities to do, and I owuld like to find some time and do some specific excercises that would help me get muscles and abs. To do that I am willing to change my diet too, since right now I’m not following any low carb or low fat diets. I really am not the kind of person who eats all fruits and vegetables but salads are okay. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me figure out a plan both nutritial and for my muscles and abs.
