My and my partner have decided to swop our diet for one of mainly chicken breasts, fish, brown rice and vegetables ( and egg noodles….sometimes ). Whilst this is all good and I may just look like a Pussycat Doll one day due to the weight I will lose…….what on earth do I put with it??? I do alot of homecooking but the good, stodgy kind….stews, roast dinners, casseroles and all the sauces i have made before have been based on using butter, milk and flour. Now I am struggling to find quick, easy low fat sauce ideas. I have 70 chicken breasts, more rice than you have ever seen and a freezer full of veg………..help me. So far all i have been doing it making tomatoe based sauces which are runny and boring
Who said being healthy is easy????? HELP!

This may be a tough one, because I’m somewhat of a picky eater . But I am on a diet where I am not eating any red meat, no white flour, and lower amounts of sugar. I’m looking for some tasty recipes involving, turkey, chicken, veggies, even some cheese. We love vinegar garlic..etc.

I started on the 7 day soup diet, and am not eating the soup but following the plan. It’s basically no sugar or flour as well. Since I’m taking hydroxycut, exercising, and consuming less than 1000 calories a day.
I’ve been basically on raw foods for the past few days, and tomorrow I am finally allowed to eat beef. up to 20oz of it actually. I don’t think i’ll be able to eat that much. Maybe some for dinner. I’m obviously getting 90% lean ground beef.
Anyway I’m not looking for advice on dieting I know what I’m doing. I just want a creative meal for beef and vegetables I guess.
I know what I’m doing because I’ve tried these type of diets before with success. They work for me that’s why I’m using them to jumpstart my healthy eating plan. I’m also taking a multivitamin, bee pollen, royal jelly. And I hike or walk everyday. You ever hear of fasting?? This is a super cleanse for my body, and I’m also trying to keep the no flour no sugar system because it works! Thanks for everyone else who supplied a recipe.

S Switching from low carb to low fat…?
I have been watching my carbs for 2 ish weeks. I lost five pounds really fast but then I have stayed the same for the past week. So, I have decided that low carb is not healthy and since I exercise so much, my body needs carbs.
Here is my question: I ate 43 carbs a day with 20 grams of fiber.
My new diet plan will cut out ALL fatty foods (except the healthy fats) and all cheese. I will not eat any flour but I will add in two servings of fruit a day.
I am also planning on decreasing my calories.
So the question: Will a lower calorie-low fat diet allow me to lose weight or will I gain weight from the fruit? I really want to stop counting carbs!!

First off, I’m 21, F, about 5’9 and 145ish. The only meat I eat is seafood, primarily fish. Anyways, i’m planning on eating 1,400 calories a day (I did a few online calculators and got maintenance levels at about 2,400 a day for my activity level and that you shouldn’ t subtract more than 1,000 calories a day from maintenance levels), mainly of veggies, fruits, yogurt, and fish, along with some eggs, cheese, other low-fat dairy, some nuts/seeds, whole grain wraps, fiber plus bars and every now and then either a 100 calorie pack or some sorbet if I’m really craving something. I also drink protein shakes too after I get done lifting weights. So as long as i’m eating these foods, staying around 1,400 calories a day, and exercising (cardio and weights) I should lose weight right? Any experience or tips would be great too! Thanks!
I don’t eat meat other than fish as I’m a pescetarian (vegetarian who eats fish), but I get plenty of protein. And I know I don’t actually need to lose it, but I really want to lower my body fat percentage so my muscles are more defined and "toned" looking. Right now I’m around 20%, but I’d really like to get to about 14-15%. Oh, I already don’t eat white/ processed flour, only whole wheat and whole grains and I very rarely eat chips or other fried foods. Since I don’t eat meat, except fish, I basically never eat fast food, so that’s a non-issue as well.
