I filmed this over a 2 week period, approximately, documenting what food I eat, and how I prepare my meals. So far things are going great, I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself at all. Maybe this gives you some ideas for your own healthy living goals. As for exercise, I have an elliptical home trainer that I go on about 3-5 times a week to do cardio, and in the future I plan to expand my exercise regiment to body weights and running outside. Simple recipes for someone on a strict diet? 8

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to help me out. I have recently been put on a low fat diet due to stomach health problems. (similar to IBS) This has turned out to be quite hard for me, since i used to eat very unhealthy foods. So if anyone has any recipes for me, that would be great.

I am supposed to stay away from high fat foods, fried foods and greasy foods. My dairy intake should be low. And the only meat i can eat is chicken and fish. It has to be white meat without skin. If anyone can help me out, i would really appreciate it!

I have recently undergone a real life change in my diet. I have lost some weight and want to continue not only to lose weight, but live a healthier lifestyle. I have used recipe books and websites and most recipes are complicated, have a list a mile long of ingredients ( most of which I can’t find in local grocery store!), and just don’t sound that good! I am a single mom of two kids, a teachers, have other obligations and hobbies and no time to spend hours in the kitchen with these concoctions.

I would appreciate any recipes, snack ideas, etc. that use everyday grocery items, are low calorie, and low fat. I am getting in a rut with grilled chicken and fish!!! Thanks!!!

Since Thanksgiving I have been eating a considerably high fat diet. My doctor informed me my cholesterol was high. I know exactly what I should be eating but here’s my question. I’ve seen that oatmeal commercial where they claim you can lower your cholesterol 7 points in 30 days. I’m eating a drastically low fat diet and wanted to know could that coupled with eating foods like oatmeal, fish (Omega 3) walnuts etc.. lower my cholesterol much more than 7-10 points in a month? I’ve tried researching it and I’m not finding any info on how long it takes to lower your cholesterol. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I have been craving soemthing like fish lately. Im starting a diet, and I need some good ideas for dinner. I want to try crab too.
Im thinking of putting it on a bed of greens like cucumbers and yummy stuff like that.
