❀For the list of ingredients to this recipe, please visit www.MikisPantry.com❀ Chocolate cranberry truffles are so delicious! Chocolate and cranberries go so well together, especially as a dessert. Cranberries are high in vitamin C and fiber, surprisingly! The chocolate could be replaced with dark chocolate as well. For this recipe, I used soy milk instead of heavy whipping cream. By replacing these two items, I lowered the fat down a lot. This is an awesome treat to share with family and friends during the holiday season! **Click the “CC” button, then “Translate Captions” to change the subtitle language.** ♥ Website: www.mikispantry.com ♥ Facebook www.facebook.com ♥ Twitter: www.twitter.com Music by Kevin MacLeod. © 2011 Miki’s Pantry

A little bit of peppermint extract goes a long way in baked goods and tea. Peppermint is herbal and may help relieve bowel symptoms. PS Just make sure to sprinkle the crushed peppermints on the cookies after the cookies have completely cooled down. ♥ Website: www.mikispantry.com ♥ Facebook www.facebook.com ♥ Twitter: www.twitter.com Music by Kevin MacLeod. © 2011 Miki’s Pantry
