the yogurt it fit and active yogurt. it has no fat. and only 100 cal. per 1 cp serving and when i eat low fat granola with it i cant even eat the whole 1 cup serving so i usually do 1/2 c yogurt with 1/4 c low fat granola. and drink water. i am starting to add strawberrys to the mix too. des this sound healthy?
breakfast 1/2 c yogurt with strawberrys and 1/4 c granola
lunch-1 c veggies (carrots or green beans) w/ 4 oz chicken breast
dinner- yogurt, strawberrys and granola again
and drink water constantly…
what do you think? recipes welcome!

i really love yogurt and granola and could actually live on it! it is my favorite food!

I have been on a diet and lost 35lbs so far, I am SO TIRED of eating the same ole thing.. I want some new and EASY recipes that are low fat and low sugar would be nice (if not thats ok, I will use splenda). Like these I can share with you…Cake: one cake mix (use dry powder only) mix in a can of diet soda, bake and eat!!! its that easy (dark soda for dark cake, clear soda for white cake) or use ground turkey instead of hamburger in tacos with fat free sour cream and wheat shells. Or chicken breast and veggies(fresh or frozen) in a baking foil bag, bake, open bag, eat *be sure to add a pototo cut in half, then you can use fat free squirt butter and sour cream for a great baked pototo. You get the point…. enjoy these and send me some new ones PLEASE!!!!!

8 am : 4 egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal 2 slcies of wheat toast (no butter, eggs cooked in pam)
11 am: 1 chicken breast (marinated only in garlic and pepper) 1 cup brown rice
1 pm: 1 chicken breast (marinated only in garlic and pepper) 1 cup brown rice
4 pm: 1 chicken breast (marinated only in garlic and pepper) 1 cup brown rice
7 pm: 1 chicken breast (marinated only in garlic and pepper) 1 cup brown rice and a good sized salad with no fat vinagrette

Weight Training (different group of muscles 5 days a week/ abs 3 days a week)
I get cardio from extensive walking on the job (body fat is in the single digits)
post workout: 1 protein shake (made with skim milk, whey protein, yogurt, ice)

10pm: a couple slices of lowfat sandwhich turkey typically before bed

I have been on this diet, while lifting pretty extensively lately. I have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks but wonder if this could give me cholesterol problems. I know its low fat but chicken and protein have a decent amount of cholesterol. Any thoughts?
