Thanks so much for viewing! Here is my Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe: Ingredients: 1 Pkg. (.25 oz) Active Dry Yeast 1 Cup Warm Water 3 Cups Bread Flour* 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon White Granulated Sugar *For a Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, use 1 cup whole wheat flour, and 2 cups Bread Flour instead of 3 cups of Bread Flour In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over the top, and let stand for about 10 minutes, until foamy. Stir the olive oil and salt into the yeast mixture, then mix in the bread flour, 1 cup at a time until dough starts to come together. When starts to get stiff, use your hands to mix together. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just ordered this book: http://www.lupusrecoverydiet.com/, and I am pretty sure most of this is true. But I will have to wait several weeks until it is here (I live in France). I want to start this program right NOW!</p>
<p>So does anybody know good webpages (or books I could order in Europe with no waiting for weeks) with really healthy (low-fat and low-sugar and all) vegan recipes? I feel a bit helpless right now, I used to eat cheese and eggs all days&#8230; Can I prepare pancakes or omelette without eggs and much fat? Help!<br />
My library does not have vegan cookbooks, and I have cooked already mostly vegetarian, the problem are the eggs and cheese and all. How to replace in a healthy way? Or cook something else, which is comforting and filling but still low fat and all? This seems so difficult<br />

This has changed my whole way of shopping and cooking.<br />
He of course also is not suppose to have the dairy product, cheese, sour cream, creamy soups etc.<br />
I have found some recipes and have tweaked some of my own but would love any recipes anyone can give me and/or suggestions. (NO, BECOMING VEGGIE OR VEGAN IS OUT OF THE QUESTION, WE LOVE MEAT AND WILL CONTINUE TO EAT IT BUT BE SMARTER ABOUT IT)<br />

S Switching from low carb to low fat&#8230;?<br />
I have been watching my carbs for 2 ish weeks. I lost five pounds really fast but then I have stayed the same for the past week. So, I have decided that low carb is not healthy and since I exercise so much, my body needs carbs.</p>
<p>Here is my question: I ate 43 carbs a day with 20 grams of fiber.</p>
<p>My new diet plan will cut out ALL fatty foods (except the healthy fats) and all cheese. I will not eat any flour but I will add in two servings of fruit a day.</p>
<p>I am also planning on decreasing my calories.</p>
<p>So the question: Will a lower calorie-low fat diet allow me to lose weight or will I gain weight from the fruit? I really want to stop counting carbs!!
