Is it possible to lose weight with a low-carb (non-atkins) diet? 3

I’m concerned about my blood sugar and insulin levels so I’m considering going on a low carb diet where I would eat about 300 carb calories and 1700 other for a few months in hopes of losing 20 lbs or so. I also plan on doing vigorous exercise to accompany it.

I heard that when you go off low car, you immediately start gaining and there’s no hope of keeping it off. Is it possible at all to keep it off if I watch total calorie intake, exercise and keep a healthy balanced diet?

My plan after i complete my diet would be to go on a 1000 carb/1000 fat&protien diet which I would stay on for life as well as doing good exercise a few times a week. Is this possible? Or would I immediately baloon up after I start eating more carbs?

Ok so I’m on a diet (again haha)

A bit about me. I’m 15, i weigh 210 pounds and I’m around 5ft 6inches. I really need and want to loose a lot of weight healthily and i want the weight to stay off.

Im following a specific diet plan which consists of a 1200 calories , low fat eating plan, 3 meals a day and 2 fruit snacks.

I also aim to do a 60 minute home exercise video each day and swimming once a week, and perhaps a bit of walking.

If i stuck to this for around 2 weeks then increased the calorie intake to 1500, how much do you think i would loose?

ok so im on a low carb diet thats high in protein and i consume around 25 carbs a day and eat 1200 calories. im 18 5 foot 7 and weigh 170 and want to continue this diet till i reach 155 lbs. if i stop the low carb diet suddenly and increase my calorie intake by 100 every few weeks will i gain fat back or would it just be temporary weight? i want to gain muscle but after i lose some of this fat.

Is calorie counting..reasonable?
is the only key to weight loss is making meals smaller portions??
HELP…I..Dont..know…
Oh, By The Way, I Am 14yrs old, i will be 15 in june, and i weigh 139lbs in the morning.before eating…i dont weigh myself any other time..And I am 5ft 3inches.
How much should my calorie intake be?
What should my meals be like? i try to eat 6small meals instead of 3 normal size..but idk..totally if im doin it good..and its hard..sometimes..=/!
Pretend u were me, plan what i should eat 2moro….
((example..Breakfast: blahblahblah Lunch: blahblah blah..Snack: blah blah blah…))
Just Any tips/weight loss success stories, from u..would motivate me, and encourage me/help me out..so.very..muches..
