Can someone check my diet plan for today? 4

I’m 14, 5’4 and weigh 8 stone and 5lb. I really need to get healthier and start losing weight.

BREAKFAST

Cereal : 180 calories.

LUNCH

2 pieces of fruit + low fat snack e.g cranberry bar 98 calories.

DINNER:

Salami sandwich on brown bread

OR

Chicken noodles.

Along wth half an hour exercise.

Do you think that would be good in getting results?
