Cheerios with skim milk, Low fat yoghurt and water
L:
2 poached eggs, cucumber with a salad dip
Snack: 2 tangerines and a bowl of berries
D:
Salmon and veggies

do i need to eat anymore, i’m already feeling pretty hungry
i also do an hour exercise a day

2) Beans and Other Legumes
3) Other Green Vegetables
4) Dairy: Fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese,
5) Instant Oatmeal: Unsweetened, unflavored
6) Eggs
7) Turkey and other lean meats. Lean steak, chicken, fish
8) Peanut Butter – All-natural, sugar-free.
9) Olive Oil
10) Whole-Grain Breads and Cereals
11) Extra-Protein (Whey) Powder
12) Raspberries and Other Berries

Also FIVE MEALS A 3 meals and 2 snacks

Please help!!!!! IDK what to eat to lose weight. I especially have problems with breakfast.

I was thinking yogurt with berries and granola, but thats so high in sugar! and I will get tired of it eating it everyday.

IDEAS PLEASE!!!!

I need to lose 50 pounds, I will also be working out.
