Light meals ensure that amount of  calorie intake is minimal and you remain fit and smart. Whether you want to cut  down on weight, switch to a healthy lifestyle, prepare meal in a short period of  time or simply lead a healthy lifestyle, light meals are the best suited option.</p>
<p>Although light meals ensure healthy lifestyle yet not many people eat  light food as a part of their diet routine. The reason behind this is that light  meals generally dont taste good. The meals are deprived of flavor and thus are  not so very delicious. But now with qualified culinary experts available we are  being provided with a number of cooking light recipes that are not only light  but delicious as well. Preparing a meal using cooking light recipes is not very  difficult. The meals prepared from recipes provided by qualified culinary  experts are very tasty.</p>
<p>Here are some tricks for you for preparing  delicious light meals. Use fish instead of meat. You can east light meals by  swapping fish with meat. Fish is not only delicious but easy to digest as well.  Variety of fish is available in the market so getting fish of your choice is not  a big problem.</p>
<p>During meals, prefer to have a small course of food and a  large bowl of soup. It is common amongst us to have a small bowl of soup  followed by a large course of food, which should be avoided. Also, you can  replace potatoes and meat with vegetables and seafood  respectively.</p>
<p>Always have a healthy breakfast, a protein dinner and  carbohydrates lunch. Why should you eat healthy breakfast when you are trying to  have light meals? Having healthy breakfast is in actual a way for eating less  later on. For this you can oats in the breakfast. Have carbohydrates for the  lunch will give you a good amount of time to digest the food so you can have  pasta with fish or baked potato with sandwich. You can have grilled fish or soup  for the dinner.</p>
<p>Prefer baking over frying and grilling over baking. If  you are planning to eat a food that requires frying, then prefer to have it  baked instead. Not only does it taste better but is lighter.</p>
<p>One of the  main reasons that people avoid having light meals is because of the  misconception that light meal means not having your favorite food. There are a  number of ways to lighten your favorite food. For instance, you can have yogurt  instead of cream in your soup or fruit pudding. Also, for seasoning you can have  herbs, lemons or other light items. You can also use olive oil for  flavoring.</p>
<p>Cooking light recipes can be found easily. Even you can make  your own cooking light recipe by replacing ingredients such as meat with fish.  By following these cooking light recipes eat light and stay healthy.</p></div>
