I saw a great healthy fish pie recipe by Phil Vickery this morning, he thickened the milk liquor with a touch of cornflour instead of using a roux, and combined the mashed potatoes with﻿ mashed root veg - your recipes are such a hit because they are do-able, lets have some healthy low fat ones for the whole family.  :)</description>
