What you need to do is ditch this Anne Collins thing and go to a weight loss spa. I went to Fitness Ridge Weight Loss Spa in St. George, UT and lost 34 pounds in 4 weeks. Great hiking and terrific staff.

Stop wasting your time with this Anne Collins stuff.

Then go for Magnet Therapy which is more effective in reducing fat.A person increase his body weight or fat because of poor metabolism ,Magnet helps you to accelerate metabolism rate.
#For this purpose a fat person should keep the North pole of a medium powdered (1500-2000 gauss) magnet at he base of the throat for about 15 minutes. This should be done twice to the thrice a day after meals.

check this out to know about magnetic therapy

You should go online and buy the total workout gym system for your house, its only like 20 min. a day 3 times a week. not that hard, I know you dont want a diet plan but have you considered Nutrisystem, their food isn't all that bad and my mom has lost 50 lbs. already on it. I say limit your food and throw out all junk foods.

Hello,i understand your problem man.I was just like you but i didn't gave up.You have mentioned that you can workout 10-15 minutes which is ok.I prefer you to do high intensity interval training on a stationary bike,it burns more calories and you will see the results soon.

The gas used to inflate the peritoneum for laparoscopic surgeries is carbon dioxide and it is resorbed. There is really no way that the gas used during your surgery would be causing your bloating.

It appears that you are dieting and that you are loosing 1 lb of weight per week. Your bloating and weight loss could potentially be related and be due to a malabsorptive condition such as celiac sprue. Your doctor should be able to address this possibility for you.

The general suregon who removed your gallbladder and his nurse may not be the best specialists to address these problems for you, which could have a number of causes.

It would be the best to see your regular primary care doctor and get referred to gastroenterologist if necessary to address the potential causes of your symptoms.

People who alter their diets after gallbladder surgery may also develop symptoms such as yours resulting from their new diets. Again, it would be best to discuss these with your doctor in order to arrive at the best solution for your specific case.

A more specific answer to your question about how long these symptoms would last is difficult. Given that your bloating has lasted for over a month since your surgery, one could assume that they are there to stay to some degree at least, until you either get used to them (quite a number of people incredibly do so), or a cause would be identified and interventions would be initiated to improve your bloating symptoms.

All the best.

I had the laproscopic surgery a few years ago and the bloating went away within a few days..but to this day if i eat wrong, too spicy etc..i will have bloating. It sounds like you had the full surgery..and i dont have experience with that. Its only been about a month for that..I would give it more time. Try low fat yogurt. That really does help. I have found that the fat free yogurts dont have the bacterium that we need to decrease the bloating. The low fat works. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

Did you get the laproscopic surgery or were you cut into?

Yes, it should go away in about a week or so and I really think you need to see another doctor concerning the matter.

Good luck.
